GFF 2026 will be held under the theme: “Potential to Impact: Agentic AI, Tokenisation, Quantum – Trusted, Connected, Global Systems for Inclusive Finance.”

Recognized as one of the world’s most influential fintech gatherings, the previous edition welcomed participants from over 100 countries and attracted more than 100,000 attendees, including central banks, regulators, sovereign funds, global financial institutions, technology leaders, and unicorn founders.

The Chamber supports the vision:

This initiative aims to showcase Bulgaria’s growing fintech ecosystem through a dedicated Bulgaria Fintech Pavilion, featuring:

• Innovation hubs and fintech clusters
• Licensed fintech and digital asset platforms
• Sustainable finance innovators
• Leadership and regulatory showcase sessions

The Pavilion will act as a Market Access & Regulatory Gateway, enabling collaboration with Indian financial institutions and providing insights into licensing frameworks, sandbox environments, capital access, digital asset regulations, and AI governance.

The event is jointly organized by the Payments Council of India, the Fintech Convergence Council, and the National Payments Corporation of India, with strong institutional backing from key Indian ministries and regulators, including the Reserve Bank of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Building on the success of previous editions-featuring global leaders such as Narendra Modi and Keir Starmer-GFF 2026 will further expand its international reach, focusing on cutting-edge topics such as Agentic AI, Tokenisation, and Quantum technologies.
