We would like to invite you to register to participate at the India Steel Expo 2023 as Hosted Foreign Buyer.

In order to facilitate your visit to India Steel Expo 2023, as a part of hospitality you will be provided both way economy class air tickets (up to airfare USD 700) and/or hotel accommodation with breakfast at Mumbai for 3 nights (check-in on 18^th April 2023 and check-out on 21^st April 2023), local travel between Airport – Hotel and the Exhibition Venue and/or meals during networking lunches & dinners, free attendance to conference and other suitable arrangements to the ‘Hosted Foreign Buyers’ selected by the Screening Committee for visit to INDIA STEEL EXPO 2023.

MOST IMPORTANT NOTE:

After submission of registration on website link, if ‘Registration Submitted’ email is not received on your registered ‘email ID for communication’, kindly send back the duly filled (typed) ‘ISE2023 Registration Form’ word file as enclosed along with all required documents immediately to the organisers at isebuyers@ficci.com and sudhanshu.gupta@ficci.com  on behalf of IBBC in order to have your registration done by them.

Subsequently, by 28^th February 2023, they will send ‘Registration Approved’ email to all those buyers who are selected by screening committee as ‘Hosted Foreign Buyer’ and the VISA Invitation Letter mentioning the hospitality extended (Total Hospitality/ Local Hospitality/ Conference Attendance).

All ‘Hosted Foreign Buyers’ upon arrival in India will be required to deposit a token amount of US$ 100/- in cash against registration fee (refundable after the event upon successfully accomplishing all assigned B2B and B2G meetings and fulfillment of all other ‘terms and conditions’). The ‘terms and conditions’ are enclosed in website for your kind perusal.

Any Registered Buyer if not selected by the screening committee is welcome to visit the event without sponsorship, at his own expense, as a Business Visitor. Visa Invitation Letter will be sent upon request on email sent after 28^th February 2023.

A Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) is being organized during India Steel Expo 2023 with the financial assistance received from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. More than 300 Foreign Buyers from Africa, CIS, Middle East, Developing Asia including SAARC, Latin America and other important regions will be invited and hosted by the organizers. The objective of organizing RBSM is to have B2B and B2G meetings with the hosted foreign buyers. Exhibitors participating during the event will be available for the organized B-2-B meetings with the Hosted Foreign Buyers.

This event will help in developing strategic partnerships/ MOUs with the stakeholders in the Indian steel sector. 

The main objective of organizing RBSM during the event is to have scheduled B-2-B and B-2-G meetings with the buyers from across the globe and enhance multilateral trade in the steel sector. The RBSM will help to:

• Inform the foreign buyers about the steel products manufactured in India.
• Provide an insight of quality and cost advantages of Indian steel products.
• Establish business linkages for procurement of steel manufactured in India.
