The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), established by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India in 1965, is the apex trade promotion organization dedicated to strengthening and promoting India’s exports worldwide.

In cooperation with various State Governments in India, FIEO is organizing a series of International Reverse Buyer Seller Meets (RBSM) 2026 during the current financial year, aimed at connecting international buyers with Indian manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers across multiple sectors.

Qualified foreign buyers selected by FIEO will receive a comprehensive hosted buyer package, including:

Airfare Reimbursement Support

FIEO also offers airfare reimbursement support under the following conditions:

• Reimbursement of 50% of economy-class round-trip airfare, or 50% of the applicable upper ceiling (whichever is lower), subject to signing at least one MOU with a supplier and providing periodic progress updates
• Buyers placing confirmed business orders during the event may be eligible for 100% reimbursement of economy-class airfare, subject to regional reimbursement ceilings

For participants from Europe, the maximum airfare reimbursement ceiling is:

• Europe: USD 1,200

Registration

Interested buyers are invited to register for the program before 30 May 2026.

Selected buyers are encouraged to book their air tickets immediately after receiving confirmation from FIEO and share their travel details for hotel arrangements and B2B matchmaking preparation.
